CLERICAL SERVICES

ONCE THE STRUCTURE IS SELECTED, WE WOULD HELP WITH SOME CLERICAL SERVICES LIKE:
 

  1. Register with state / Obtain articles of organization
  2. Obtain federal id
  3. If necessary, obtain Chapter S status
  4. Register with the state for paying payroll tax
  5. Register with unemployment
  6. Obtain a lottery license (if necessary)
  7. Obtain a tobacco license (if necessary)
  8. EBT Application
